In a future, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles brought about by nuclear decimation, citizens must live in underground bunkers to protect themselves from radiation, mutants and bandits.
Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have.
200 years after the apocalypse, a peaceful denizen from a cozy fallout shelter is forced to return to the surface--and is shocked to discover the wasteland waiting for her.

- The series is based on the video game. Though the game had always allowed for the player to select their character's gender, and age (between 16 and 35), the series canon references a 20 year-old man yet the series main character is a woman.

- Ethnically diverse couples are in no way a woke trope however if a series includes such couples without a sense of chemistry as this series does, it can feel forced. This series falls into that trap and it feels like it was done to check a diversity box.
