I thoroughly enjoyed the overall theme of this movie. As the story unfolded, it gradually pulled me in emotionally, and by the end, I was in tears. Few films can make me reach for a napkin, but this one did. The emotional message and heart behind the story were its strongest qualities. From an audience connection standpoint, I think the writer did an excellent job. The film tackles themes that many people can relate to, and the emotional payoff was effective. That said, the reason I rated it a 7 instead of a 10 is because the technical storytelling felt rushed. Several relationship developments happened so quickly that they didn't feel natural. For example, characters would meet and almost immediately interact as though they had been dating for months. Those abrupt transitions made certain scenes feel awkward and occasionally took me out of the story. At times, it wasn't the acting that felt off-it was the pacing and lack of buildup leading into key moments. I also got the impression that this may have been a lower-budget production. However, if that was the case, the writer and director did a great job maximizing what they had available. Despite some flaws in pacing and development, the film delivered where it mattered most: making the audience feel something. Overall, it's an emotionally impactful movie with a strong message, even if the storytelling could have benefited from more time and development.
